By agreeing to the driver's assessment of the vehicle's condition, you bind yourself to the terms provided. No refunds shall be provided for services or tires as per this agreement unless explicitly discussed prior to installation. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the correct size and brand are ordered. Once a driver has been dispatched, service cancellations will not be refunded, including time, fuel, mileage, and tires. Customers are expected to conduct thorough research regarding pricing, cancellations, and related details. Terms of Use for UMV Mobile Battery Tech
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the UMV Mobile Battery Tech website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or our services.
Use of the Site: Your use of the Site and our services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any violation of our policies or misconduct may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Site and our services.
Services and Liability: UMV Mobile Battery Tech, including its employees and drivers, shall not be held liable for any damages occurring during or after the servicing of a customer's vehicle. By accepting the driver's assessment of the vehicle's condition, you agree to the terms set forth herein. Refunds for services or tires will not be issued unless explicitly agreed upon prior to installation whether on phone or text confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size and brand of tires are ordered. Once a driver is dispatched, service cancellations will not be refunded, including costs for time, fuel, mileage, and tires. Customers are advised to conduct thorough research regarding pricing, cancellations, service charges and other related details a 2.75% cc fee will be added along with tax and Service fee of 10%. By accepting the vehicle in its undamaged state, the customer releases UMV Mobile Battery Tech and its drivers from any future claims or legal actions.
